Ashtanga Light (Sun salutations + standing with simplified seated postures, simplified backbending and inversion).

Start off with some easy breath work and then move into a dialed back Ashtanga Primary Series based practice with a focus on meditative movement. I’ve included a sequence of three seated postures that I often prescribe to those new to the Mysore room to help prep their foundation for the seated forward folds.

Inspired by private work I’ve been doing with Sophie & Sebastien as they work to incorporate yoga into their daily life — along with their 6 month old twins!
