We look forward to helping you lay the foundation for a yoga practice that serves you for a lifetime. Each week will include discussion of the philosophy behind yoga along with guidance on how to safely and effectively enter into the various postures that are commonly taught in vinyasa classes at Flow.
Yoga Fundamentals class series is perfect for absolute beginners AND anyone looking to strengthen the foundation of their existing yoga practice. Classes are taught in a semi-private setting to ensure everyone gets lots of personalized attention!
The full series will prepare absolute beginners to step confidently into any of Flow’s Level 1 classes.
