Our popular Yoga Fundamentals class series is perfect for absolute beginners AND anyone looking to strengthen the foundation of their existing yoga practice. Classes are taught in a semi-private setting (limited to 10 students) to ensure everyone gets lots of personalized attention!
The full series will prepare absolute beginners to step confidently into any of Flow’s Level 1 classes.
week 1: flow yoga basics & sun salutations
week 2: standing & balancing poses
week 3: seated poses & twists
week 4: intro to inversions & backbends
week 5: flow yoga finale (putting it all together)
